Vintage Bentley are based in Hampshire and are an in-house preservation and restoration specialist, working exclusively on the W.O Bentley's made between 1922 and 1932. Print and Design IT have been working with Vintage Bentley for many years and have helped to market the company in a number of ways.
The Brief
Vintage Bentley requested that Print and Design IT design and produce a unique programme for a group of American hot-rod car enthusiasts who were attending a week long event at Goodwood.
• Design a bespoke brochure that would engage the guests upon arrival to the event
• Use their supplied images and incorporate the schedule of their trip to produce a short run of programmes to a tight deadline.
Our Approach
The piece's design required a look and feel that both conveyed the head-turning style and attitude of the New York-based Rolling Bones and the classic glamour of the Goodwood Revival in the West Sussex countryside. In addition, the piece would serve as a guide for the tour and a commemorative souvenir afterwards.
We came up with a design that embraced this without diminishing either aspect, keeping the classic event feel with touches of the hot-rod attitude complimenting the style
The Final Result
The product was very well received by our client and the attendees and doubled-up as a piece of memorabilia for the event.
"The Rolling Bones Tour was an incredibly important event for us to host and was vital we provided high quality collateral to 30 of our very special American guests. Our Rolling Bones brochure designed, created and printed by Print & Design IT, was intended to engage our guests with a variety of history, insight and information upon arrival for their week ahead. It did exactly just that; the team captured the style incredibly well visually, taking brand guidelines into consideration whilst also presenting the content in an appropriate way for our audience… many of which are on display back in their US homes! The team at Print and Design IT were a delight to work with and very adaptable, as always" - Vintage Bentley.
